Cathy Ngo (pronounced norr) is the Founder & CEO of KeyNoteworthy, a challenger speaker agency and social enterprise focussed on diversity and inclusion. She’s an entrepreneur, writer and speaker who thrives in tech, comedy and activism.
Cathy spent more than ten years climbing the corporate ladder in human resources and communications, playing ‘snakes and ladders’ in Australia’s top listed companies, before hitting what she calls the “bamboo ceiling” - a glass ceiling but thicker.
